By making a payment for the Champions for Our Children Masterclass, a group coaching program for parents and caretakers of children with autism, and any associated programs offered by Michelle B. Rogers, LLC ("Coach"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access & Inclusions
Your enrollment grants full access to the Champions for Our Children Masterclass, a structured 5-month group coaching program that includes:

Weekly live group coaching calls via Zoom, led by:

Michelle Rogers, Autism Mom and Certified Life Coach

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

A Mindset Coach

Five monthly specialty calls featuring expert guests:

Occupational Therapist

Feeding Therapist

Registered Dietitian

Speech-Language Pathologist

Problem Behavior Specialist

1-on-1 private sessions:

One private coaching session with Michelle

One private session with a BCBA

One onboarding call with a program specialist

Full access for 5 months to:

The private membership portal (includes all courses, video trainings, and resources)

The private Facebook group for community support and coaching access

2. Program Term
This is a 5-month coaching program. All services, including calls, portal access, and the Facebook group, are available for a total of 5 months from your enrollment date. There is no extended access unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payment Terms
By enrolling, you agree to either:

A one-time payment of $2,497 USD, or

A 6-month payment plan of $440 per month (totaling $2,640 USD)

If you choose the payment plan, you are committing to pay the full program cost in six monthly installments.

All payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of participation level or personal circumstances.

Payments are processed automatically via Stripe or the chosen payment processor.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
This program has a strict zero-refund policy. Once you enroll and receive access to any coaching content, no refunds or cancellations will be honored under any circumstances.

Installment payments are a financing option, not a subscription. Your payment obligation continues until all 6 payments are completed.

5. Coaching Disclaimers
Michelle Rogers is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. This program is educational and coaching-based. You are solely responsible for your own results and decisions.

6. Communication & Participation
Support is provided via:

Live coaching and specialist calls

The Facebook group

Your onboarding and 1:1 sessions

You are responsible for showing up, participating, and asking for help when needed.

7. Attendance & Replays
Replays of main coaching calls will be available in the portal during your 5-month access period. Attendance is encouraged but not required.

8. Use of Materials
All materials are for your personal use only. Sharing, copying, or distributing program content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of other members in all group settings and communications.

10. Business Hours
Support staff are available Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, excluding weekends and holidays.

11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under New York State law. You waive the right to bring disputes in any other venue.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you:

Understand this is a 5-month coaching program

Accept the non-refundable, non-cancellable payment policy

Are committing to pay $2,497 in full or $440/month for 6 months
