Champions for Our Children Masterclass Terms and Conditions

By making a payment for the Champions for Our Children Masterclass, a group coaching program for parents and caretakers of children with autism, and any associated bonuses or continuation access offered by Michelle B. Rogers, LLC ("Coach," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Overview

Champions for Our Children Masterclass is a group coaching program for parents and caretakers of children with autism. The purpose of the program is to provide education, coaching, support, and implementation guidance to help families work toward meaningful progress in areas such as potty training, communication, behavior, and independence.

Your enrollment includes 5 full months of access to the Masterclass. Our standard program is 90 days. This promotional enrollment extends access to nearly double that timeframe.

2. What Your Enrollment Includes

Your enrollment in the Champions for Our Children Masterclass includes the following for the duration of your active program term:

A. Group Coaching and Expert Support

Access to weekly and/or regularly scheduled live support that may include coaching, teaching, consultation, and Q&A from Michelle Rogers and members of the Company’s expert team, which may include:

Michelle Rogers
ABA specialists / Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Speech-language support professionals
Registered dietitian support
Feeding therapist support
Mindset coaching support
Other specialists or expert guests as determined by the Company

The Company reserves the right to update, substitute, reschedule, or modify call formats, guest experts, and program delivery as needed while maintaining the overall value and integrity of the program.

B. 60-Minute VIP 1:1 Session with Michelle

You will receive one 20-minute private VIP session with Michelle Rogers focused on your child, your current situation, and a personalized plan.

This session must be used during your active program period unless otherwise approved in writing.

C. Membership Portal and Program Materials

You will receive access to the private membership portal, including training materials, resources, replays, and other program content made available by the Company during your active 5-month term.

D. Private Community Access

You will receive access to the private Facebook group for the duration of your active 5-month program term, subject to compliance with community rules and respectful conduct.

E. Onboarding Call

You will receive an onboarding call with a member of the Company’s team to help you begin the program with clarity and momentum.

F. Champions Mug

You will receive one Champions mug shipped to the mailing address you provide. The Company is not responsible for delays, incorrect shipping information submitted by you, lost packages, or issues caused by third-party carriers.

G. 30 Days of Slack Access

You will receive 30 days of direct Slack access to Michelle Rogers, beginning on your enrollment date unless otherwise stated by the Company.

Slack access is intended for support, implementation help, and reasonable communication related to your participation in the program. Slack access does not mean unlimited on-demand coaching, emergency support, or 24/7 availability. The Company reserves the right to set reasonable boundaries around response times, business hours, message volume, and scope of support.

H. Next Level Autism Access

If your child becomes potty trained and starts communicating during your time in the program, you will be automatically grandfathered into Michelle Rogers’ continuation membership, Next Level Autism, at no additional cost, as described by the Company at that time.

The Company reserves the right to define reasonable criteria for determining whether these milestone conditions have been met.

3. Program Term

Your enrollment provides access to the program and included benefits for 5 months from the date of enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all coaching access, portal access, group access, Facebook group access, and bonus access associated with this enrollment end at the close of your 5-month term, except for any continuation access expressly granted under the Next Level Autism provision or the Action Back Guarantee described below.

4. Payment Terms

By enrolling, you agree to one of the following payment options:

$2,997 USD paid in full, or
6 monthly payments of $550 USD each

If you select the payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments in full. The payment plan is a commitment to pay the full agreed amount. It is not a month-to-month subscription and cannot be canceled early simply because you have chosen to stop participating.

Payments are processed automatically through Stripe or another designated payment processor.

If any payment fails, declines, or is not completed, the Company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the program, bonuses, portal materials, calls, community, Slack, and any continuation benefits until the account is brought current.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to a coaching program, digital materials, live support, implementation guidance, and bonus resources. Because immediate access to program materials, coaching, and support is made available upon enrollment, all payments are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

failure to attend calls
failure to use the portal
change of mind
schedule conflicts
personal circumstances
family circumstances
disagreement with coaching style
lack of results caused by inconsistent participation or non-implementation
6. Action Back Guarantee

This program includes Michelle Rogers’ Action Back Guarantee.

If, by the end of your 5 months in the program, your child is not potty trained and communicating, you may remain in the program until those outcomes are achieved, provided that you have met the Company’s participation requirements and have fully shown up for the program.

To qualify for the Action Back Guarantee, you must, at minimum:

attend or watch program calls consistently
actively participate in the program
implement the strategies taught
complete assigned action steps or requested follow-through
use available support appropriately
maintain your account in good standing
make all payments in full and on time
remain respectful and cooperative within the program environment

The Action Back Guarantee is an implementation-based guarantee, not a money-back guarantee.

The Company reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a participant has satisfied the participation and implementation requirements necessary to qualify for continued support under this guarantee.

If a participant qualifies, the Company will determine the format, scope, and duration of the continued support provided.

7. Coaching and Educational Disclaimer

Michelle Rogers and Michelle B. Rogers, LLC provide coaching, education, support, and implementation guidance only. Nothing in this program is intended to be medical advice, mental health advice, legal advice, or therapy.

You understand and agree that:

Michelle Rogers is not acting as your doctor, therapist, attorney, or licensed medical provider through this program
your child’s progress depends on many factors outside the Company’s control
results are not guaranteed on any specific timeline
you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and follow-through
8. Participation and Client Responsibility

You understand that this program works best when you show up, participate, ask questions, and apply what is taught.

You agree to take full responsibility for your participation and implementation. The Company is not responsible for lack of progress that results from missed calls, inconsistent follow-through, failure to use support, or failure to implement the strategies provided.

9. Replays and Access to Materials

The Company may provide call replays and other materials for convenience. Replay availability is not guaranteed forever and may be limited to your active program term.

All materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared, sold, distributed, reproduced, or taught by you to others without prior written permission from the Company.

10. Community Conduct and Confidentiality

You agree to behave respectfully in all program spaces, including calls, Slack, Facebook groups, and private communications.

You also agree to maintain the confidentiality and privacy of other members. You may not share another participant’s identity, story, screenshots, comments, recordings, or personal information without their express permission.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the program, Facebook group, Slack, or related spaces for disruptive behavior, harassment, abusive conduct, repeated boundary violations, or conduct that undermines the safety or integrity of the community. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Scheduling, Substitutions, and Program Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify call times, expert schedules, coaching formats, delivery methods, bonus structures, or program components as reasonably necessary. Any such changes do not constitute grounds for refund, chargeback, or cancellation, so long as the overall program value is materially delivered.

12. Business Hours and Communication Boundaries

Support and administrative communication are generally handled during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The Company does not guarantee immediate responses to emails, Slack messages, Facebook group posts, or other communications.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or payment reversals without first contacting the Company in writing to attempt resolution.

Because this is a coaching and digital access program with immediate access to proprietary materials and support, chargebacks made in contradiction to these terms may be treated as a breach of this agreement. The Company reserves the right to provide these Terms and Conditions, proof of access, participation records, and related documentation in response to any dispute.

14. Intellectual Property

All program content, trainings, frameworks, worksheets, call materials, videos, written materials, branding, and related intellectual property belong solely to Michelle B. Rogers, LLC and are protected by law.

You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any program materials without prior written consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michelle B. Rogers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the program.

The Company’s total liability for any claim related to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company for the program.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the program shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, unless otherwise required by law. By enrolling, you waive the right to litigate disputes in court except where such waiver is prohibited.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between you and Michelle B. Rogers, LLC regarding your enrollment in the Champions for Our Children Masterclass and supersede any prior discussions, representations, or understandings unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.

18. Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You understand and agree that:

you are enrolling in a 5-month coaching program
your enrollment includes the bonuses and support described in this offer
all payments are binding
all sales are final
the Action Back Guarantee is not a money-back guarantee
your access may be suspended if payments are not made
continuation access beyond 5 months only applies where expressly stated, including under the Action Back Guarantee or Next Level Autism eligibility

By completing your purchase, this agreement becomes legally binding.
