By making a payment for the Champions for Our Children Masterclass, a Group Coaching Program for Parents and Caretakers of Children with Autism and associated programs offered by Michelle B Rogers, LLC ("Coach"), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.




1. Program Details


The Membership Program includes access to the Champions for Our Children - Self Study Course and other courses available in the membership portal for a duration of 12 months.
You may also opt for ongoing monthly membership after the initial 12-month period.



2. Program Structure

The program comprises:
a) Self Study Course Program with video trainings, coursework, and additional resources in the membership portal.
b) Entry into the Private Facebook Group for Champions for Our Children Private Group for 12 months.
c) Champions for Our Children Self Study 8 Week Program with video trainings and coursework accessible upon enrollment.
d) Weekly Group Coaching Calls with Michelle, BCBA, Mindset Coach, and 5 monthly specialist calls for 12 months.


Upon completion, access to the private group support and weekly group calls will cease, with the option to enroll in the monthly membership program.


3. Access Details

Access to the program is granted for the duration of the agreement, defined as 12 months from the enrollment date.


4. Payments

By making a payment of $1997.00 USD (Membership Full payment total) or $387 per month for 6 Months (Monthly Subscription, Interest included) for the program, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.

Payment can be made in full or via a 6-month payment plan with interest included in both options. Automatic recurring processing will be used for payment.


5. Disclaimers

The Coach does not provide medical or psychological advice. You assume full responsibility for your participation and outcomes in the program.


6. Zero Refund Policy

All fees paid for the membership program are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. Access to coaching materials upon enrollment is also non-refundable.


7. Cancellation Policy

The Coach reserves the right to cancel the program if deemed necessary. You can opt out of the monthly membership at any time by contacting info@michellebrogers.com.

Upon cancellation, access to the private group support and weekly group calls will cease.


8. Communication

You are responsible for communicating any wins, struggles, or support requests. Communication should primarily occur via the Facebook group and weekly Q&A calls.


9. Business Hours

Support is available during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time. Weekends and official holidays are excluded.



10. Call Attendance

Your attendance on calls will be tracked, but it is your responsibility to participate.



11. Personal Responsibility

You take full responsibility for your life, well-being, and outcomes from the program.



12. Confidentiality

Materials shared are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.



13. Arbitration

Any disputes between Coach and you will be resolved through binding arbitration.


By making a payment for the membership program, you acknowledge receipt and understanding of this agreement and commit to the program with full responsibility and dedication.
